David arrived early for his appointment, after calling me and asking if an early arrival would be okay. He is an excellent communicator and fully explained his trouble shooting process, and walked me through each step of the repairs, even inviting me to watch while the repairs were performed. Very knowledgeable and customer-focused, and a true professional. Repairs were completed in a timely manner, and then David demonstrated that the system was working properly. A pleasure to work with, and I’m positive that any future irrigation system needs will be directed to Irrigation Repair Services. Very highly recommended.
Troy and Louis did an excellent job. They were fast, friendly, and provided wonderful customer service by walking me through how to use the system, then programming it properly for the time being. They also walked the property with me to make sure all the drips were working correctly.
