   I called this morning before my husband going to store to see if they had a particular kind of light bulb . I needed 3 packs . Clerk said yes and had several wattages. My husband went and the store had none. One clerk tried to tell my husband it was the kind he needed. He tried to tell him that a 40 watt was the same as 25 and a soft white was the same as amber . As my husband left the guy at check out said ” Thanks for coming in and checking it out ” Wow , Wasted trip

   Employees are very helpful.
   Always plenty of parking.
   The store almost always has everything I need. Prices are fair and reasonable and the store is completely accessible with my wheelchair.
   I have been shopping with them for about 20 years.

   Very helpful. Unlike the big box stores I walk in and: “May I help you?” So much faster. They have lots of hardware. Today Joe and Oceana were the stars.

   I have been frequented True Value Since 2002, talked to many of my fellow customers about the kindness and sincere service we have experienced while visiting True Value on Southern Blvd. I’m thinking I’m reading some pretty false complaints. Just saying!

   A store 1/4 the size of these big box stores. Everytime I’ve walked in it’s one stop for everything I need. Help is always available. Knowledge on point. Friendly as well.. Thank you!!! Keep up the great work
