This is the best irrigation company ever! I called their office at 1:30 pm today. Water was bubbling out of the ground due to a leak in the main water supply to the house. With the water for the whole house shut down this was an emergency for us, Jillian the front desk technician understood our peril and mobilized resources. Rich, the company owner was at my house in one hour. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Their price was very reasonable and they did not take advantage of my situation.
Ratings are important – your repair man was very friendly and courteous. He found the best solution to get one of my sprinkler zones working again. I would recommend this company for your sprinkler and outdoor lighting need. The arrival time was exactly what they stated. And they informed me by text ahead of that scheduled time.
I found Simplicity irrigation Solutions on Google and read their great reviews. And went with them as I revamped my whole yard with new sod and wanted to make sure my sprinkler system was up and running good.All I can say I am so happy I used them the owner Rich great guy Jillian in the office very thorough and Brendan my technician off the charts amazing, this guy worked so hard even in the rain again I was so impressed with this company, you need sprinkler work done if you don’t call Simplicity your messing up.
Showed up when they said they would. Brenden was polite and explained everything thoroughly. Price was reasonable and he did the work same day.
