Jose and his team did an outstanding job installing 6 zones of inground sprinklers at my house. I reached out to them right before summer, they came to survey the job site on time and without delay. After I received the price quote and found it to be reasonable, I hired them. Not only did they complete the job swiftly in just 2 days, but they also went the extra mile by running lines under my driveway and at my request came back to ensure that my garden and privacy trees were receiving the perfect amount of water. Their dedication to their work and attention to detail truly impressed me. It was very easy to deal with this company …. Jose and the team at Genao are top notch! We needed to replace our entire sprinkler system which was outdated and pieced together over the years. They came in and built us an amazing new system using technology and creativity in record time, not to mention extremely fairly priced as well . I am so excited that all my flower pots will be self watered and our pool will fill on its own. Professional and hard working team !! We are beyond impressed and pleased !
The experience I had with Jose was nothing short of spectacular. To start off Jose picks up his phone on the first try almost every time and is always happy to speak with you. He worked with me on the price and most importantly he is very professional and easy to work with. As a customer professional appearance means something and all his employees and trucks have that uniform look. Most importantly the work is done the right way and no mess is left behind. With that being said I got multiple quotes and I would pick Smart Water Pros by Genao LS every time !
