Had some major issues with my ageing lawn sprinkler and irrigation system, Sprinkler Master Repair came on time as promised. Eric repaired and adjusted everything I needed and wanted done, in about an hour and a half. No upsell of service or parts. The savings over another company’s estimate was 10 times less, needless to say we could not afford to have our sprinkler system repaired or replaced by any other service. Sprinkler Master Repair is efficient, dependable, professional, and affordable. We will only recommend Eric, Sprinkler Master Repair. There is quality and integrity in his work.
Had Devon come to the house and do the repair. He was friendly and courteous. I’ll give him credit for that. However, this repair job is super cheesy, and now after only a couple months, the pipe repair failed and dumped water all over my street. It took him a couple tries to get it to cure and set right, and he used pieces of my old pipe cobbled together like this, and then slathered it in glue. It looks like a grade schooler did it. Do not recommend!
I tried 3 different irrigation services and hadultiple problems with all 3 companies. Sprinkler master fixed it right the first time. He is prompt, professional and really knows his craft
Eric at Sprinkler Masters was great. He came at the scheduled time to repair our backflow assembly which had cracked over the winter. He explained what he was going to do and how to avoid a similar problem in the future. He had the parts on hand and stayed until he was sure everything was working. I would definately recommend Sprinkler Masters for irrigation repair and service.
Eric is responsible for booting our sprinkler in the spring and then winterizing it in the fall. He is terrific. He is quick and highly knowledgeable.
