Horrible customer service. All they did was used listening device and nothing more. Additionally, they require you to pay in advance. After they done the detection, the owner will not talk to you. He’ll send his daughter. Horrible service. Go with someone else.

He will over charge in a heartbeat if he thinks he can get away with it. He told me he guarantees his work for 1 year. He has done a few jobs for us over last month. We also had a water leak and recently he reinstalled our kitchen for a remodel. I really thought he did great work and sounded very experienced. BUT, the truth always comes out, he does not back his work. Whether he is a good plumber does not matter to me as much as someone’s character.
Looked over the reviews and scratching my head on some of the 1-2 stars. I called SCLD out, showed up during the promised window, found the cause of our super-high water bill within an hour. We set up to fix the problem for two days away. Fix included add-on installing of a pressure regulator and 3 of 4 toilets upgraded. All done within a couple of hours. Cleaned up after themselves. No problems whatsoever. Price was reasonable. 5 stars
Very thorough, patient, and utilizes a wide range of equipment to find our leak. Ours was under the concrete outside, but vibrations were carrying the sound all the way into the house 35 feet away. We would never have found it on our own.
My was also right on time and I very much appreciate the availability on the weekend to come out.
It did end up being a few feet away from the spot that sounded the loudest. Can’t help it if sound comes out a couple feet from where the problem was. Even the electromagnetic frequency detection was off a little bit through concrete and wire mesh.
I really appreciate the time he took to go over it thoroughly. My line ended up being 22″ under the surface of the concrete.
Sun City guaranteed to find a pool leak, they told us they detected it and when the pool company came out to fix the “leak”, there was no leak where they said there was. The work was supposed to be guaranteed, we have been calling, scheduling appointments for them to return, and they have yet to come back. We are very dissatisfied with their dishonesty and unprofessionalism.
