Had issue with Water Softener and in scheduling a service call there was unfortunately a few weeks delay which was conflicting with upcoming travel. Reached out to Josh and he was very, very responsive … understanding … and helpful in working to get the service scheduled a bit sooner. This is how you define outstanding customer service. Sun Tech Rocks!
Our experience with Sun Tech has been exceptional. From our sales person Jim to our installer Tony. Our water is soft and no more spots yippee. Best decision going with Kinetico and Sun Tech. You wont regret it.
Excellent experience from start to finish. Jim, my sales rep explained everything about the Kinetico system and answered every one of my many questions. He helped me with setting up our install and payment information as well. Our installer Tony was amazing. He went over options for how the install could go, explained everything thoroughly and was a professional that is uncommon in today’s world. My system was installed absolutely perfectly and is functioning as described. Both of these gentlemen are a credit to their company and the industry as a whole. I would recommend Sun Tech to anyone looking for a water softener installation!
I had questions about the kinetico system, Daniel the young man that is in the office was real polite and respectful. He answered everything that I needed to know about the system.
I want to give praise to our tech Malachi!!! He came a few weeks ago to do our maintenance check and found an issue with our condenser and replaced it very quickly and gave great info on how to clean and maintain our outside until. On the same check he discovered that our UV filter system, which was installed originally by Orange Air, was installed improperly, and hadn’t been running for quite some time. Sadly, we’ve had other techs come for regular maintenance over the last few years, and none of them caught that. Malachi went above and beyond to make sure we got a replacement unit through our extended warranty, and came back to install it. He’s very thorough, honest and great at education about our HVAC system. From here on out, we request him as our tech. Outstanding customer service with Malachi!!!😁😁😁
