I had a great experience with this company from start to finish. Scheduling was easy, and the technician arrived right on time. He was extremely friendly, professional, and took the time to explain what was being done, which I really appreciated. The work was completed quickly and efficiently, and everything was left clean and in great working order. It’s clear this company values quality service and customer satisfaction. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable irrigation service and will gladly use them again in the future.
I had them come out to replace two sprinkler heads and they charged me over $350. They installed heads that were not the correct size and didn’t get water to my plants which ended up killing them.
Tampa Bay Irrigation is an outstanding company to do business with. From the get go they communicated with us and the Tech was on time. He evaluated our system and immediately got to work correcting the problem. The system was double checked to insure proper functionality and the Tech was done in in a timely manner. He cleaned up the mess before leaving and my Irrigation system is working great. I highly recommend them. Thank you Tampa Bay Irrigation team for your professionalism!
It started out as a simple – I thought – request. Get my sprinkler system back to running as it should. The sprinklers just weren’t covering the whole yard. It seems the main reason was low water pressure – which is not uncommon in Seminole Heights. After making adjustments, Jared felt more needed to be done. He phoned Jacob, the business owner. They decided to check the pipe from the water meter to the sprinkler system. The galvanized pipe was so corroded that the opening for the water to.go through was just a pinhole! Wouldn’t you know the work was done on the first day the heavens opened in weeks! Jared and Jacob worked through the rain to replace the pipe and be sure I would have water. Jacob came back the following 2 days for a short time to clear up what couldn’t be accomplished in the rain.
The end result is that I have great water pressure and each sprinkler is doing its job. And, considwring all the digging, my lawn looks remarkebly good. Jacob and Jared did all this with smiles on their faces and while answering my questions. I highly recommend Tampa Bay Irrigation Services.
I worked with this crew for about 3 months on a large project. They were very attentive to the drawings and work needing to be performed. Jacob was always in communication with me during the work, even through the weekend. When / if mistakes were made they were fixed immediately after recognition. Great crew to work on. Would definitely use again.
