   Out of the park service. I had 3 different contractors come out today for different things and Emmanuel from Thrive was the best. He came out, assessed the problem thoroughly, he discussed an action plan, he provided other suggestions not related to the original problem (which I found helpful), he did the work same day, very quickly, he even did some minor things above and beyond what he needed to do, for example adjusting the control settings for our sprinkler system in a way that prevents us from getting dinged by the water company, capping a head to ensure there’s no leaking, protecting our system from another freeze episode. I feel very happy with his work and professionalism. I highly HIGHLY recommend Thrive. And if possible request Emmanuel.

   Broke through a sprinkler pipe while I was trying to add some stone pavers around our landscaping. Had no idea what to do and called Thrive and they were so understanding and helpful and we’re able to set me an appointment for the next day. Alonso was our service guy and was very kind and empathetic and explained exactly what happened and what the fix was going to be. Such an easy company to work with. Would recommend!

   After having our irrigation system inspected, a real estate agent flooded our yard while running the system. I called Thrive and their tech Manny to let them know that a valve was apparently leaking and he rushed back to fix it as soon as possible. He and I had both walked the property before and after running every zone twice and never saw a leak. How the agent managed to find it was surprising, to say the least. Thankfully the issue was found and repaired quickly and on the same day.

   I called Thrive Outdoor Solutions after discovering a busted sprinkler pipe in my backyard, and by total blessing, they had a last-minute cancellation. Alonso showed up just 20 minutes later! He was kind, patient, and took the time to help me figure out how to disable the backyard zone until my foundation repairs are done. He also walked me through how my sprinkler system works, which was incredibly helpful.

   I don’t usually leave reviews, but as Alonso was about to leave, a neighbor stopped by asking for help unloading a refrigerator—and without even thinking twice, he jumped in to help. That small moment really stood out to me. It spoke volumes about his character and how much he genuinely cares about people, not just the job.

   I’m so grateful for his professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond. I highly recommend Thrive Outdoor Solutions and truly couldn’t be happier with the experience.
