We had tree roots growing under the floor affecting 2 toilets. After a camera showed extensive damage, Zach explained in detail what the repair would entail. The floor was jack hammered and the pipes were repaired in 2 days. A solution was found so they did not have to rip up the floor in the other bathroom. Jesus , Zach and a few more team members did a fantastic job. They removed tiles along a grout line and poured a concrete subfloor in such a way that replacing new tiles was fairly easy. Communication was excellent throughout the job. Thank you guys!
Very professional installation. Arrived within minutes of scheduled appointment. Final price was several thousand below their competition. For a water heater installation, that says something. Brought our heater installation “up-to-code” which was interesting. Our system wasn’t up to code from the day it was installed 30 years ago. Maybe the code has been updated. Our water heater is strapped in tighter than a baby in a new car seat. Bottom line, I highly recommend TLC. We have used them on various water line leaks over the past few years and will continue to use them when we future water of HVAC issues.

I called TLC this morning and the repair men arrived quickly. Kayne Maltby and Erik Gallegos installed a new gas furnace and water heater. They were polite, efficient and professional. I can’t believe they stayed until 9p.m. to finish the job! Kayne and Eric explained everything and even cleaned up the garage. If that wasn’t enough, they jump-started my car and pushed it into the garage for me. Talk about going the extra mile! I am also very happy with the TLC warranties!
This message is not about the person in the field, this is to acknowledge one of God’s wonderful creation. This young ladies name is Cassandra. I had called to inquire about the possibility of one of TLC personnel being dispatched to my residence for the purpose of repairing a water issue. Do due the adverse weather conditions, I had informed the young man not to worry about the invoice because he was wet and cold. However, during my inquiry, I had the honor of meeting a young lady by the name of Cassandra, who was very professional, kind, courteous, patient, polite and most knowledgeable as well as understanding of my need to insure that the information required was found, given, and expeditiously sent to me so that I could meet the need of my insurance company expeditiously. I just want take the time to insure that everyone know that there are people who are blessed to be where God have placed them. This young lady is truly an accreditation of the goodness of God and those in whom believe and serve Him well. I am truly honored to share this message above such wonderful and beautiful creation of our Creator.
