Love this place there always so helpful and always have what we need for anything irrigation related!!!
The delivery driver made a mistake and damaged my existing culvert while delivering a load to my house. Mistakes happen and I figured it would be remedied. However the store manager gave me one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. I sent pictures of the culvert before and after the delivery driver made the damage. Instead of even an apology I was told that it looked to him like something like a tractor did the damage. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for these products.
Incredibly patient. Very willing to help someone, like me, that has no experience find what I need. Good on the phone and in person. Also, if they don’t have what you need, they will help you find it elsewhere.
Good place for yard Irrigation supplies. Great selection. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Good prices. They only sell you what you need. Used to be Sierra Irrigation.
No follow through whatsoever. Dont expect a callback. And if you special order something. Its been 4 weeks since I ordered injectors, called 10 times at least checking. Good luck. Better off using Amazon or anything online that these unproessionals. Where my injectors? Stop giving the new guy all the work. He is clueless.
