Cannot say enough of how well the employees value customer satisfaction! I had a warranty product that I purchased from them however I did not have a receipt. The owner said it was ok and the customer service during the process was excellent. Very good communication letting me know when it was returned and shipped etc. Will continue to purchase all my landscape lighting from them!

I was very impressed with this company. They were professional and very helpful with the myriad of questions we had. They also gave us a recommendation for someone that could help us out with our project. Give them your business…you won’t be disappointed!
Great service. They tried very hard to adapt my fire hose to my irrigation needs. Though they were unable to do it they directed me directly to the very place that could. I’m thankful.
I visited Sierra Irrigation today planning to spend about $150. I left after purchasing $2 worth of sprinkler nozzles because the guy who was “helping” me was so incredibly rude and not helpful. He acted like my questions were a bother to him and that I should have known exactly what I needed prior to walking through the door.
After this experience, I’ll go back to the big box retailers for sprinkler supplies or I’ll shop online where sales people may provide very little expertise or assistance… but at least they are not rude.
