Angel and Marshall and 2 excellent landscapers designed and our small backyard. The back yard only had rocks and one bush. In 2 days they laid irrigation lines, bought and planted bushes, a tree and a palm and fire bells bush. They did a beautiful job for reasonable cost. I would highly recommend their work.
All the bushes and trees needed trimmed in our Henderson property – the front and the back and then there’s a little upper terrace. It gets weeds and stuff. They came and did such a nice job for a very reasonable price and everything looks great. The trees and bushes are pruned and all looks so nice and when he cleaned the yucca, he cleaned underneath them as well as trimming them all around. They’ve never looked this nice.! To top it off, he fertilized everything (with my own fertilizer) at no extra price. I am very impressed with this company.I will be calling them, probably every six months and keeping things looking this nice.
The pavers look nice but there have been leaks on a line under the pavers that was supposed to be replaced. Twice they came to repair the most recent leak again is under the new pavers same line. I sent pics messaged got a dry response. An employee shows up unannounced while I was on an important call. I let him know I was on an important call and to please go in the back yard, and I be there in a minute. While I was in the call I turned on the water so he could see that was less than a minute. I poked my head out and said I’ll be right there. He talked over me raising his voice saying Angel says it’s not their problem. I again while on the phone the person I’m talking to can hear and very surprised. I said the leak is in the same line that was supposed to be replaced is bubbling up and under the new pavers. He’s looking at it as the water is leaking all over. Says it’s something else call Angel. At that point I said “you clearly just came to do nothing and argue. My neighbor came over after hearing the guy raising his voice at me to see what happened. He was out side heard the whole thing. He saw them in the front and the duration of their unannounced visit under 5 mins. It’s all recorded. I had a contractor come out to look and they said $500 to fix it, pull up the pavers, do the line, put the pavers back.
Of course I called Angel right away. I left a detailed message. Got an auto text ” I can’t talk right now ” didn’t get back to me. I texted and got an auto text. I’ve been ghosted.
I have 2 stars for the recent interaction in person and because I’ve been ghosted. I wanted to at least give three because the guy who did the pavers did a really nice job. He works while the other guy doesn’t do as much.
I’m good to any contractor I hire. I buy lunch, make sure they have everything they need, drinks ect. I even tipped the first time they had to repair. I shouldn’t have done that. It shouldn’t have had a need to be fixed.
My neighbor and I were actively looking for a monthly maintenance landscaper. I was going to check with AAA. We hired someone else today. AAA missed out on three new accounts.
I was a superintendent in construction for housing developments. I’ve hired a lot of contractors this is the first time I’ve ever had something so unprofessional happen.
Best landscaping service in lv. Weekly service is Very thorough and professional. They also planted a group of oleanders at a very reasonable price . They are gorgeous. Absolutely fantastic
Made a appointment for a bid with Angle on Monday for the the next day at 3-4 pm. They never showed up. No text, no call, no email, no nothing. Bad way to run a business Angle.
