   Rich is your guy!! A&R is your company. I got bids from 7 other companies in town. He had one of the lowest bids. He also had some of the best looking turf. He personally drove me around to current job sites he was working on to see his work. At the time one job he was doing was virtually all of the turf replacement of public spaces at a nice neighborhood called The Fountains. His crew showed up on a Saturday and begin ripping up the turf. His crew is extremely hard-working, and conscientious. Took out a huge tree I had, chopped the root ball out of the ground, and removed it. Other companies would not remove. Very, very impressive crew. No straight seams, these guys cut S seams to hide all seams. Really does the trick!! These guys use sand infill, as well as dog tolerant infill for the front yard. Some companies skip on the infill. PVC sleeved any landscape waterlines or electric landscape lights that ran under the turf so I could fix any problems in the future without digging up the turf. A really great crew, very accommodating, and service oriented. Sprayed the artificial turf infill down with water after they were done, walked the property for excess/cast aside nails, even brushed and washed off the street to try to make it look as best as they could upon job completion. Really go the extra mile. Project turned out fantastic, and start to finish they do the job the right way. Thank you Rich and A&R! ALSO, upon installation notice defects in the turf. Rich came in, acknowledge that, got the turf company to pay for new turf and completely installed my entire yard again! Rich and A&R are your guys!!!

   Outstanding service every week. They repairs sprinkler heads with out being told. Very clean and quiet. They did my pavers front and back. Installed several trees. All around a 5 star company

   It was a pleasure to work with Rich and his company, A&R Maintenance and Landscaping. He answered all my questions and listened to what was important for our family. Rich then offered design suggestions and input about the artificial turf installation. Rich, his office staff and turf crew were wonderful to work with. The crew was on time, hardworking and pleasant as they went about the installation. The result looks beautiful, and our dogs are happy too. I recommend using Rich and his team for your artificial turf and landscaping needs.

   I just had A&R give both my front and backyards a refreshing “facelift”. They replaced my old artificial grass in the backyard, built two new beautiful planters on either side of my waterfall, as well as put in new rocks. I had artificial grass installed in my front yard (replacing real grass) which allowed me to take advantage of LVVWD’s rebate program …which they recently increased to $5 p/sqft!. They installed a beautiful flagstone pathway to my side gate, relocated my huge sago palm to the side of my yard and again installed new rock. My yards are just beautiful! A&R’s landscape crews are incredible. They were on-time, polite, professional and hard-working! I could not have been happier. The proof is in the photos. A big Thank You to Rich (owner) and his entire team, for making my vision come true. 😄

   The work crew did a fantastic job. Weeding, tree trimming, and also removed a dead tree & put in new plants. The front & backyards were completely cleared of weeds & accumulated debris. I’m disabled, and unable to do any yard work myself. I got an estimate from Ricardo & he got everything arranged. Very courteous and professional service. I’ll be using A&R Maintenance for yard work again & again. Thank you Rich & Ricardo for providing such high quality work
