Arquitectonica has designed many of the least energy efficient buildings in Miami along with too many sad excuses for architecture in downtown Miami. They need to be stopped ASAP. At least please inform them of LEED. Please explore possibilities of demolishing Paramount Bay. Please stop this type of unsustainable practice from building. You have to stop your assault on Edgewater immediately.
