   I called This company today and ask the guy who answered whether I could replant these foot tall junipers in my backyard. There was a lot of noise in the background and it was like he was pretty much ignoring me and the only thing he said was oh no they won’t survive and I would be better off just buying new ones. Everything I’ve read on the Internet says otherwise but as rude as this guy was and giving me what I believe was misinformation and not really listening I’m never calling them again.

   I chose Back to Earth Landscaping for a complete outdoor renovation. Joseph was extremely easy to work with; he has many sound ideas and concepts yet was very eager to engage my thoughts and concepts into the final plan. Together we determined the final concept. Once started, I was very impressed with the hands on manner in which Joseph and his Sub-Contractors maintained throughout the entire project. I never had to wonder or worry about the crew showing up; the project never missed a day or had any delays. Joseph and those throughout his organization are top notch and extremely courteous. Our project took a few months to complete and not one time were we concerned about the outcome. We receive complements from neighbors an freinds that stop by. Some neighbors have even “borrowed” some of desgn concepts we employed. Very satisfied with Back to Earth Landscaping. Well done Joseph and Crew.

   There was only one word to describe our back yard, it was a MESS. It’s about 1/3 of an acre of which half of it was grass and half was weeds. My husband had called several landscaping companies to get a quote to gravel the entire thing and be done with it. It wasn’t my first choice but knew something had to be done. I got Back to Earth and Joseph’s number from a relative and gave them a call. He came over an managed to convince my husband that graveling in the long run would not only not look good but would decrease our property value down the road. He worked with us and came up with a landscape design that included an entirely new and more efficient sprinkler system. Long story short for less than the price of graveling our back yard we now have a beautiful, easy to care for back yard that has brought many compliments from our neighbors. I can’t recommend or thank Joseph and his crew enough!! Call them you can’t go wrong.

   Joseph was excellent to deal with. He gave us innovative and great ideas to work with. He was responsive to our needs and willing to listen to ideas that we had and incorporated them into the project. Great company and would highly recommend them.

   I am a new resident to Placitas, NM and Back to Earth was the first service provider that contacted me. This was the first indication that this landscaper was responsive. I contracted them to do some initial yard clean-up, and from there they demonstrated efficiency, professionalism and tremendous integrity and work ethic. In addition to those important qualities, when discussing future garden and landscape design, it was clear that they were also creative. It doesn’t stop there. Back to Earth Landscaping also builds outdoor and interior spaces, repairs stucco, paints outdoor woodwork, and will do other household interior repairs similar to what would be done when building an outdoor kitchen or outdoor interior Garden space. The quality and beauty of their work speaks to itself, and their costs are representative of that quality product and they stand by their work! I can’t imagine doing business with anyone else. Highly recommend!
