   Aaron did an amazing job removing two Sissoo trees that were becoming a serious risk to my home’s foundation, including the stumps and invasive roots. He truly went above and beyond and made the whole process easy from start to finish. His communication was clear and transparent before, during, and after the work, which I really appreciated.    We had a few top rated landscapers give us recommendations and a quote. Aaron at Big Boss was thorough and professional. He was the only one that utilizes a valuable customer service platform for quoting, communications, scheduling, and payments. When there are many firms to choose from, knowing that they are organized while making the scope of work clear for all parties with a convenient customer interface, they made the decision to select them easy. There is no question what the work is and when the crew is coming.

   They completed the first phase that really impressed us with a high level of detailed work. We have found our permanent landscaper and would highly recommend Aaron and the Big Boss crew.

   The young man who came out to gather the information for our quote asked all the right question, was very knowledgeable and pointed out some problems i didn’t recognize as problems. His equipment was squared away, that gave me confidence his work would be done right. The price was fair, the work was done on time and as quoted.
