   This company was very unhelpful. I loaded up all my rock by myself and then they said I couldn’t pick one rock that I wanted. And that they were going to charge me an extra 30% on the whole order. So they forced me to unload all of the rock again by myself. And because I didn’t wait to put it back exactly where it went, Jonathan had the bright idea to put his forklift underneath my truck. Jonathan was no help, didn’t help unload, didn’t even bring up the forklift to the truck. If this is how all the workers act, I never want to buy from this company again. If you’re going to make me load up my own rock and I can’t pick it, then you loaded up for me. Pick which pieces you want me to take, load it up yourself. If you’re looking for a different Stone place, Whiz Q stone is more professional and better with their customers.

   This reply the company made makes no sense. They had me load up my own rock. They did not tell me about any policy where you cannot pick your own rock, in fact they would not assist me loading it up. One of the other workers showed me the particular rock I was looking for and the other worker was would not let me have it even though it was in my hands. How are you going to make me load my own rock and not let me pick which rock I can and cannot pick up. If this was a “safety issue” then they would have loaded it up themselves but they did not. Jonathan also lied saying that I was “throwing” the rock but that was not true at all. Jonathan said it was a fairness issue so the “safety issue” again does not track. And if they wanted the rock a particular place, they should have moved it back themselves. It is not my job to do your job. Lazy. Just lazy. When I unload your rock, and you have a forklift under my truck as I was leaving, YOU would have been responsible for the damage. Never have I seen such incompetence and ignorance. One thing that we can all agree on is that I will be buying my product from somewhere else, reccomend no one come to this facility and leaving this review for all to see for the way I was treated.

   If you need good rock, I definitely recommend Whiz-Q Rock. Their customer service is impeccable and the prices are cheaper. Win win.
