This company is great! Our builder used them for sprinklers and sod and Michelle in the front office is very friendly and knowledgeable. They are quick on repairs and even noticed we needed our sprinkler wire adjusted after getting gutters installed. 10/10
This company did the landscaping on our new home in Lincoln Oaks in DeLand. Have issues and have called and emailed multiple times without anyone addressing the issues. Not even a call back. Terrible business, no customer service at all or help. Amazing companies can stay in business and treat people this way.
If you are a residential homeowner, don’t bother calling these guys. They are entirely too busy working with builders and will give you the run around and waste your time. I called them for a small irrigation job and the receptionist / appointment setter had me email the owner who never responded to my email. Don’t waste your time with Bill’s Landscaping if you are a residential owner, go somewhere else. Very disappointing,
In regards to whichever employee drives the newer Chevrolet crane truck, very unprofessional. Watched them chuck their trash/water bottles from the back of the truck into the ditch on hwy 50.
Kind of ironic that a landscaping company feels it’s okay to litter the roadways.
They trimmed the bushes on their fence by the sidewalk and didn’t even have the decency to go through and blow away the remaining debris, would hate to see what they do on their actual customers propertys
