   The Brecedas have done three projects for us. In 2012, they overhauled our front yard; five years ago, they built a patio (with covering) and retooled our back yard; and last month they revamped a sizeable portion of the canyon that had gotten unwieldy (see before and after photos — that was a lot of work).

   They’re easy to work with, they listen to what you want, and will offer ideas for how to get a particular look or function (and give a sense of tradeoffs, including costs). The crew is super nice and rather creative on their own.

   A couple months ago, I noticed someone taking a picture of our front yard. I said hi and she said her yard needed help and was looking for ideas. I told her about Breceda, and I thought it was cool that after 13 years the front still draws favorable reviews.

   We have used Breceda for 2 landscaping projects and they have provided excellent work each time. They built beautiful Trex decks, outdoor showers and veggie gardens for us. We have had drought tolerant sprinkler systems and Eric Breceda is an expert in sprinklers, even designing his own efficient sprinkler heads. Breceda worked with us each time to reduce costs while fulfilling our priorities and improving the designs from our landscape architect. They really prioritized meeting our budget in the best way. We have and will continue to recommend Breceda to our friends and family.

   Derek Langsford

   Our plans to renovate our back yard were suddenly accelerated by the need to host a reception for our son and new-daughter-in-law after their marriage plans were suddenly accelerated. We had professional landscape plans in-hand so we reached out to three recommended firms. Teran & Eric called to make an appointment for the next Saturday and got us a quote before the second firm was even able to visit! The third didn’t respond at all. Most importantly the Brecedas said they could install within our very aggressive time frame (8 weeks). And they did so with almost two weeks to spare!

   We added two water features, a fire pit, a raised planter bed, lots of boulders, and connected our two existing covered patios. Valdez, their amazingly skilled and talented lead handled a wide variety of materials, extended the needed utilities lines, built our water features and fire pit, and ensured everything was done in the correct order so the job went smoothly. Eric orchestrated the deliveries and worked closely with us to make sure the end result was all that we had hoped and mostly within our budget.

   We recommend Breceda Landscape wholeheartedly. Not only did they allow us to host our reception on time, but we have a yard that invites us out to use it at all times of year. The before and after photos (are only 6 weeks apart.
