I reached out to them on a saturday, and by Monday MLK day I had the sandy clay mix I needed for the drive way. I am also working on a garden bed and I asked if they have 50/30/20 I had it out there by Tuesday 5pm – The experience was great, they were fast and it was mostly done via text message to my convenience! I will continue to use them and I recommend them as well.
Unfortunately my experience with Britt’s went from repeat customer to an awful impression over several weeks of terrible management response. I have used them before and they have been great but this time they accidently cracked my driveway. We are reasonable and have been calling twice a week for three weeks trying to come to a mutual resolution but the owner has failed to return any calls or even make an effort to reach out. The office staff and the delivery drivers were and have been great to work with so my issue is not with them. Accidents happen and this alone would not deter me from working with them again but the owner or whoever has authority to resolve unfortunate issues such as this has made this a terrible experience that is costing me time and frustration. Customer service is so critical people, product quality and fair prices are easy!
These guys are great. They have the right size truck whatever you need. I was able to get 4 yards of fill sand. I didn’t have to get the full dump truck load. It was high quality stuff. They were able to drop it right where I needed it. We had planted some grass and I really didn’t want to tear it up anymore than we had too. The driver skillfully dropped it on a dime with no grass damage. The pictures are of where our pile was and how easily it blended into our yard. I have new rye seed planted where the dirt is. Without a doubt, I will be using Britt again.
I called and told them what I had in mind and what I was looking for. They immediately went out to the yard and sent me photos confirming what I needed. Everything was quick and the service was excellent. They had me scheduled for a couple of loads of rock at my convenience and when I came up short (on a holiday weekend), they still got me scheduled for a third load quickly. We will definitely be doing business with them for our future projects!
We were looking to replace our concrete driveway and contacted Britt. We could not be more pleased with what he delivered. We now have a beautiful loose stone driveway that has caught the attention of our neighbors for all the right reasons. Thank you Britt.
