   Backyard updated with new grass, and pavers. The price was very reasonable. Mike and his crew were on time sans ready to roll. The crew was hardworking, nice and finished the job exactly as I imagined. Before and after videos. Just so happy!

   We are so happy we chose Diamond Stone, from the beginning Placido was so helpful and explained the process. The project was completed faster than we thought. The price was fair and the quality of product is outstanding. I would highly recommend this company.

   Mike and his team are superb! Communication is excellent. Mike and his team finished my project within a timely manner. They are amazing and super easy to work with. I am looking forward to having them back to complete my backyard transformation soon.

   It easy to judge a company when everything goes well, but the true test is when there are problems. I hired Diamond Stone to redo my front landscaping. The salesman, Jr, was great. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and cool under pressure. Jr told me from the first meeting that the thing that distinguished Diamond Stone from other landscaping companies was that they would keep coming back until we were satisfied. I found this out to be true!

   We had some bumps and hiccoughs along the way, some on my side and some on theirs. When the project was completed, the seam in the turf was more visible than it should have been. They sent a crew to stretch it, but it still wasn’t perfect. Jr suggested waiting a couple of months for the weather to warm up and they’d try it again, and if it didn’t work, they would replace the turf. I told him I’d wait to write a review until the turf issue was resolved. Last week they came back out and re-stretched and cleaned the turf. I’m happy to report, it looks fantastic! So, as promised I’m writing my review. If everything went perfectly, I would have given a 5-stars. Instead, I’m giving a solid 4-stars and I will definitely use them again for any future projects.

   Most of my communication was with Bilal, and he did an excellent job throughout the entire process. He was extremely patient with me as I changed my mind several times about what I wanted done, and he never once showed any frustration. Each time, he promptly provided an updated estimate and made sure I felt comfortable with every decision.

   He was also great about communication. Whenever I called or reached out, he either answered right away or let me know he was busy and called me back shortly after. He truly exemplifies what real customer service should be.

   I appreciate his professionalism, patience, and dedication, and I’m very happy with all the work completed in both my front and back yard.
