We’ve had an incredible experience working with Eden Design. Casey and her team are not only professional and detail-oriented, but also genuinely caring. They transformed our space into our favorite place on earth—an outdoor oasis that our family enjoys every single day. Their creativity, craftsmanship, and commitment to excellence far exceeded our expectations. We’re beyond grateful for the beautiful environment they’ve created for our family. We can’t wait to work with them again!

We worked with Sarah and Amy on an extensive outdoor project, and we are thrilled with the results. It looked great when it was first installed and looks even better now 2 years later as everything has grown in. All of the hardscape is still perfect and the plants they recommended are still thriving. I was adamant about not wanting the traditional ‘xeroscaping’ that is all over ATX. I showed them my extensive Pinterest outdoor page and they really listened and told me what wouldn’t work in our harsh climate and why. They took my ideas/likes and created a very unique look. People are always stopping by our house and taking pictures and asking about the unique plants/flowers that were used. Also, they finished the project in the time frame and budget they proposed. There were no hidden surprises, and they are great communicators. They were personally at the site when much of the work was done. Highly recommend!

We cannot say enough good things about Eden Landscape. Working with Casey and her team, they transformed our ordinary yard into a vibrant, living meadow. Birds are back, butterflies are back, and we sit on the front porch watching the wind flow through the tall native grasses. It is more serene than we ever could have imagined. Both the design and construction processes were excellent—great communication through the build-out and worked with us when they ran into problems and had to pivot. I highly recommend Eden landscape.

Casey and the entire team at Eden Garden Design are just fantastic. The work is high quality, communications are excellent, pricing is reasonable given the quality of the work and they are very reliable. Their work routinely exceeded our expectations and we were often positively surprised by details that we didn’t imagine were included in our project. Others in the neighborhood were impressed as well and hired them to do work on their homes. Highly recommended.

Working with this company was a disaster and I really wish I hadn’t wasted my money using them. Their communication skills were terrible and they blamed me, the client, for all of their mistakes. They also tried to overcharge me on everything. They were supposed to build a pergola over my patio that would keep rain off and the rain gets in on the sides and my patio still gets soaked. After they were done building the pergola they told me that I would have to purchase rain gutters to fix this issue (no mention of this before the construction of the pergola and of course they tried to profit off this by telling me they had gutter companies I could use.) They also gave me a completely different roof material than I had picked out and asked for and then acted like I was crazy when I told them it was not the correct material (I kept the sample that I picked out for proof of their mistake. I still have the sample in a drawer.) The material was also all scratched and didn’t fit correctly so I watched them completely take apart the steel beams and put them back together just to get the roof material to fit correctly. Lol! They could have just ordered the correct material but instead they chose to tear up the pergola which now shows the damage and rusted parts where they took it apart and put it back together again. It looks terrible. Their irrigation system also flooded part of my yard and they refused to take the blame for it and I had to get someone else to fix it. And months later after completion, several of the very expensive plants that they planted have died because they didn’t plant them properly or put them in the correct type of soil with proper drainage. I wouldn’t recommend anyone use this company for their landscaping needs.

And yes Amy I read your response and I was forced to hire another crew to fix the problems that your crew created. All of the photos I attached and all of the complaints that I posted about on here were caused by YOUR crew not mine. And I never “bragged about paying them low wages”. That’s simply untrue and offensive.
