   Groundworks was great!
   They leveled my house and they did it in less than a day!
   Jose Navarro was helpful and kept me informed every step of the way!
   Josh Robinson explained the leveling details so that I could understand the work they performed. Diego Aleman was professional and helped the other guys out to complete the job fast and efficient.
   I was impressed with the results!

   Not sure if this is company policy but I had the misfortune of being on the road with this representative of Groundworks who nearly ran me off the road after cutting off numerous people in traffic and disobeying every traffic law set forth my the City of Haslet. All in a two lane road with solid yellow lines that specifically state not to pass. Even managed to nearly miss a semi after making a right in front of him from the left turn only lane. I had every intention of following this lunatic until he ran a red on Avondale Haslet and Sendera Ranch. This company should not allow people with blatant disregards for other safety to represent their company. If you are going to be so reckless you shouldn’t have a license.

   Donald White

   Was quoted to have pool deck leveled by pumping foam underneath deck. Sales rep. oversold technique capability to raise and tilt deck slabs. While Sales rep. could not guarantee it would work, he was very confident it would work. It didn’t. There was no significant movement in deck slabs. After I notified Greenworks Dallas of my dissatisfaction, they sent out another crew several weeks later who were not informed as to what was needed or background of previous work. After some initial confusion the crew attempted to tilt one of the slabs with a light weight bottle jack, which of course would not work. I sent them on their way. I left message with Groundworks again, but received no response.
   Would not use them again or recommend them for concrete lifting or leveling services.

   Brian Hardcastle

   Zach and his crew did an amazing job repairing our foundation. He explained everything that was going to happen step-by-step, was always open to questions, and pitched in with his crew at work just as hard digging in and installing the poles to lift the foundation. They also had to saw into our wooden deck and put some temporary repairs in after the foundation work was done. All done professionally. My thanks to everyone.

   All were professional, courteous and worked under some adverse conditions; we got an inch and a quarter of rain early the second morning and winds were gusting up to 45 miles an hour all day. After pumping the water out of the 11 holes dug the previous day, they still managed to finish in two days, just as predicted.

   We had a driveway with multiple cracks including heaving and settling of driveway sections. Was looking in costs of replacing the driveway when I saw a video somewhere of a Ground Works crew repairing a driveway in a similar condition as ours. Thought I would give it a try. Ground Works crew Jesse, David and Christian showed up as scheduled to do the repair job. I had my doubts the large section of driveway could be leveled out and cracks sealed very well because of the driveways shape. With an original estimate to complete in 4 hours, this crew completed in 2.5 hours. Their job exceeded my expectations.
