   Ideal Engineering was hired to fix various issues with the pavers on our little community street – some were missing and the rest were uneven. From consultation to project completion, David and his crew listened to concerns and paid attention to ensure that residents were not inconvenienced. More importantly, they did an excellent job with the pavers! It is hard to tell which parts were the original and which were fixed. David personally came by to ensure his crew was on schedule and responded promptly to questions. The professionalism and the quality of work from David and his crew were truly unexpected and phenomenal!

   Wen Chang

   David Alfaro came out to look at a concern I had with my stone patio and was fantastic to work with. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain that the stone is naturally layered, so some surface flaking over time is normal. After removing the loose pieces, he showed me that the stone underneath was solid and that no repair was actually needed.

   I really appreciated David’s honesty and integrity. There was no pressure to do unnecessary work — just a clear explanation and reassurance. I’ll definitely be keeping his contact information for future projects and would highly recommend him.

   David and his team were wonderful to work with from start to finish. David was very responsive from our initial contact and throughout the project. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient as we talked through different products and options to extend our driveway. The team that did the work was very friendly and professional and they ensured I was involved and informed as they were working so that it met exactly what I was looking for. On the scale of projects, ours was probably on the smaller side but you wouldn’t know it from David’s interaction – he was engaged, attentive and ensured it was done timely and correctly as if it was his most important project going. I would recommend David and team to anyone for any size project without a doubt!

   We had damaged retaining wall and David and his team fixed it.
   David is very responsive and always kept us updated with the project and the schedule, so we felt comfortable to work with him and we can trust him.
   His teams are hardworking and good people, always made sure the site is clean after their work.
   We are happy our wall is fixed now.
