   The building I manage in midtown (Arch Nexus Sac) is a very unique building. It is California first Living Building. It operates completely off grid and is considered one of the most sustainable buildings in the world. We found ourselves in need of a landscape maintenance company to help us maintain our urban agriculture, and clear out our leaves and acorns every fall and winter. We couldn’t hire just any old landscape company because of the nature of our building, and how it operates as an ecosystem. After multiple phone calls and attempts with other companies we found Imagine Landscapes and Design, and BOY DID WE SCORE! Linden and Kat are amazing at what they do! They understand the needs of their clients, and more importantly they understand the plants and sites that they work with. They even help us maintain our wildflower garden for our pollinator habitat. They make every effort to run their business in a sustainable and regenerative way by focusing on water conservation and using the resources around them. This is the kind of attention all landscape and design companies should focus on. They are always on time, and when they are running behind they immediately let us know. They show up, get the job done and haul everything away for us. I don’t know how we survived 6 years without their services. We will never go back to a time without them. Thanks for all you do Linden and Kat! You are truly industry leaders!
