Great experience with this landscaping company under the new ownership! The team was professional, responsive, and really took the time to understand what I wanted. The quality of work exceeded my expectations, and everything was left clean and well-done. You can tell they truly care about their customers. Highly recommend!
Purchased newly constructed home landscaped by J&J landscaping 6 months ago. Overall looks nice. Really poor job leveling ground before laying rocks and it easily shows now.
Ana was amazing to deal with! From the initial message to inquire about pricing and delivery, she was professional and quick to answer all questions. She also set up delivery and got me delivered day of and earlier than expected! Deivery driver was also quick and delivered to 2 different spots my crew needed the rock at. Thanks!!!
One and done. Won’t be using again. The lady did not know which type of rock I was trying to order. There was a price displayed for the gravel I wanted. When I questioned the total, the lady let me know that price is “out of date” and THEN went to remove it. They did not honor the displayed price. Even after that, we were charged wrong and had to go back. Delivery fee is pricey for it being close by our home. Delivery itself was not optimal. While the driver was trying to be careful not to block our garage (After we said it’s ok too, we preferred that) he dumped some gravel into our neighbors yard. Maybe I’m just being picky, but the truck left tire marks all over the drive way. We’ve ordered rock from another company and this was not an issue. No major issues, but not exactly satisfactory service.
The worst ever!! They make appointments on Saturdays to cancel them. My mother in laws Saturday appointment was rescheduled. We meet with them and they tell us they will call Monday to let us know when it will be installed. No one called. I called left a message for a call back, no one called. Called on Wednesday no call back, called Friday, no one called me back but someone showed up to my mother in laws house out of no where to install. Seriously! What if we weren’t home! They dropped the rock off in the street did a small section about 30 minutes of work and left. I had to call back to see when they where going to return to finish. And guess what… no ca back! But randomly show up to finish!! Now it’s my turn for my house scheduled a Saturday appointment, no call to reschedule but no one was there for our appointment! I was already there!! 30 minute drive for nothing! If it wasn’t for the dumb contract would have never called them back after the first experience. Stay away they do not operate with integrity nor value your time!!
