Really nice quality mulch. No junk. My customers are always pleased. The hemlock is great stuff. The yard is easy & convenient to access and clearly labeled. The entire team is friendly and funny and nice. I like to do business here
I’ve been going to the facility for many years. The service is awesome prices are very good my loader -office boss has been there for years and keeps things on point worth the trip for vey good product!!!
Excellent service, very nice and kind people. They will give you an orientation of which kind of rocks or materials and good prices. I was sent the materials the same day, they were very diligent.
Great experience ordering top soil. The entire process was simple and efficient — I was able to request a quote online, received a detailed email response within minutes, and scheduled my delivery for the following week with flexible timing, which made things even easier.
The delivery was handled by Felix Montanez, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Felix was extremely careful when backing into my driveway and navigating the yard area. He was thoughtful and strategic in how he dumped the top soil, taking the time to ask about my project to make sure the placement would work best for what I needed. It was clear he genuinely cared and wasn’t just going through the motions.
On top of that, Felix was personable and easy to talk to. The whole process was smooth from start to finish, and I’d absolutely use JA Cruse Materials again in the future. Highly recommend!
Delivery of 3 CY of Sod Mix came when promised and Felix from JA Cruse was able to navigate down my driveway to deliver the order expertly. The material looks well blended and was of good quality. My only negative was that the cost per CY was higher than I had expected.
