   I have worked with Sharon for more than 15 years. As the Property Manager (now retired) of 20 years at Fell Street Housing in San Francisco, CA, a Bridge Housing Corporation affordable housing community, it was my pleasure to hire Korotkin Associates and contract with them for all of our landscaping needs. The staff was always courteous and responsive to my regular needs and special requests. I rarely had any major concerns, but when I did, Sharon was a joy to work with, taking immediate action to correct any problem and improve her service. Sharon and her staff are knowledgable in all aspects of landscaping, and Sharon is meticulous yet creative in creating and proposing special landscaping projects, and always stays within the allotted budget.When there was a problem or concern, Sharon always took appropriate and immediate action to rectify the situation.

   I highly recommend Sharon Korotkin and her staff at Korotkin Associates.

   Korotkin Associates has a keen understanding of California native plants and how they will work in our unique microclimate and architectural rooftop environment.

   The associates applied excellent diagnostics for our low water usage irrigation system remedy.

   Korotkin Associates has excellent design taste and depth of knowledge of horticulture and supportive of wildlife habitat support.

   Our rooftop garden has become a more attractive environment for the residents who have increased the use of the space. The recovery of the garden has contributed to the improved marketability of our real estate.
