   Landseer (Don) has been an absolute pleasure to do business with. They were extremely timely with any maintenance requests I had , and appfolio was very straightforward and easy to use in paying my rent. I would definitely reccomend them if you are looking to rent in Santa Fe

   I have used Landseer Management with Jacob Couch & he is fantastic. He has rented property for me for several years & I would consider using only him & his company. He is fast & efficient & very professinal. The BEST in Santa Fe.

   We are on our second lease with Landseer and Jacob has been attentive and thorough on helping us find the right place to call home both times ! He has such a positive attitude and always answers promptly which is so refreshing in this town. Other staff have been great too but Jacob is definitely the highlight!

   We own a property in Santa Fe under management by Landseer. Our Landseer manager, Jacob Couch, has been extremely attentive and responsive to our concerns and—as far as we can tell—also those of our renters. He communicates clearly and precisely if repairs and maintenance are required. And he is on the lookout for the interests of his clients to secure reasonably priced providers. He has been an efficient go-between to render requests of our renters to us as owners and vice versa. His high level of professionalism should be commended!

   Currently, I am a tenant at one of Landseer’s properties. Don and his team have swiftly responded to repairs, and have kept me frequently updated. Don fixed previous issues that were unattended by the previous management company. My owners will be going with a different company in January. I am saddened to say goodbye to Don and his attentive staff.
