This store has let me down time & time again with several situations…I’m done with them. I ordered some products bcuz they didn’t have them in store. The site said 2 day delivery so of course I trusted that & ordered. Within 24 hrs I received an email that it would be up to 2 weeks to pick up items. False advertising, give me options…are they in El Paso? I’ll go there. Thanks for nothing.

Horrible customer service the man “Mike” who was working home appliances was absolutely rude and unhelpful. We were looking to buy a washer and he provided no help or information regarding the process of it all and the credit card rewards program. If I asked a question he would answer me like I a was stupid we even canceled our rewards card and the purchase because of this behavior we’ve never had such a difficult time signing up for any rewards program before coming here. We waited to speak to a manger and waited about 30 minutes and no one came.

You ever go to Lowes and have this experience? No heavy carts all the way from the parking lot to the garden center, so we loaded our garden soil on top of a wire cart, then at the register, the employee supervising the self checkout wasn’t even signed in to their end of the Lowes account so we had to wait on them to try multiple times to remember their password, then as we wanted to finally leave the store, the self checkout supervisor was standing in the narrow pathway just talking away with their coworkers. We said excuse me and these people looked at us, said excuse me back, and continued to stand in our way preventing us from leaving the store. Can you have a conversation with the individuals working 1/4/26 at 845 to 9am about how it’s rude to give your customers attitude when they want to leave the store and you are in their way. Please ask them to stop spending their on the clock time talking to coworkers instead of serving the customer.

Unfortunately, Lowe’s has implemented AI for their incoming phone calls, and IT SUCKS!!! We ordered several items to be delivered to the store. I received a text saying “some of your order is ready” — within a second or two, I received another text saying “your order is ready.” I phoned to find out if ALL of my order was ready, and got stuck in “telephone hell” trying to get past their AI nonsense! If Lowe’s wants to retain any customer loyalty, I suggest they treat customers as HUMAN BEINGS, not annoyances!

I was scheduled to receive a delivery of artificial turf from the Lowe’s in Las Cruces between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM. No delivery ever arrived.

When I contacted the store, customer service transferred me to the shipping manager, who told me it was handled by the Pro Desk and said he would check on it and call me back. He never did. I called back multiple times and was repeatedly transferred to the same number with no answer.

After several attempts, Tammy finally answered and was able to determine that the delivery was still sitting at the store despite being a confirmed delivery.

I had a crew onsite ready to install the turf, which resulted in wasted time and paid labor for the entire day. I understand that issues happen, but the lack of communication, follow-up, and accountability was unacceptable. Poor customer service turned what should have been a simple delivery into a costly and frustrating experience.

Tammy was the only bright spot in this situation.
