From beginning to end, the Marlin Team was a perfect choice for our backyard renovation. They went above and beyond for our project and we are so pleased with the results! Our backyard had many issues: drainage, sprinklers, and landscaping. The Marlin Team installed a sump pump, routed down spouts for drainage and installed foliage that’s makes the backyard something to be proud of !! Thank you to the Marlin Team for a job well done!! We love our backyard!
Work quality was very poor. They ran additional underground drainage for our downspouts. Two years later it stopped draining so I had a different landscape company out. Turns out the PVC underground was never glued together, so all the pipe had started to separate and had dirt blocking the drain.
There are better companies for less money.
Guy in a company truck threw some trash out of his window on the ground. Corner of 407 and 2499 in Highland Village. Not a good look. Dont come into my community and litter.
Very disappointed with quality of work,
lack of communication, competence, and responsiveness. Our project should have been a 2-3 week hard scape project; it took over 4 months. We chose Marlin originally because a family member in highland park used them, but based on our experience I would NEVER recommend this company.
Employee was in a drive thru line at Chick-fil-A 2 weeks ago and he was extremely rude and obnoxious to the staff and cars in front of him because there was a delay in moving. I looked and couldn’t believe this man was in a company vehicle behaving so badly. He got out of his truck (ending tag number 1766 or 1866 something like that) started moving cones and blowing his horn when his line was in a complete standstill. This person clearly has anger/patience issues. I would NEVER utilize this business based on what I saw from that employee. Ladies, I would definitely think twice on utilizing this company if you are unaccompanied.
