   Outstanding, high quality company, and we would HIGHLY recommend them for any landscape remodeling and would hire again. They are definitely worth the value of the price and they are competitive with other quality competitors. Great experience from start (design) to completion of our backyard remodel. We liked that the Owner (Jeremiah) came out to personally meet with us and designed a beautiful backyard and personally helped us with hardscape, BBQ area materials and plant selection. He was thorough in details, so there were no surprises. We had the pleasure of working with Jesus (Foreman) and Andres and it was an absolutely great experience. We could tell these two have been working together for several years. They were complete professionals and quality installers. They communicated with us throughout, particularly on any issues that arose. Every day, before they finished, they cleaned up all construction debris, swept and neatly stored all tools and equipment. Very much appreciated. They respected us and our home. Gabriel, their Superintendent, was also a pleasure to work with. Very respectful and checked in with me on a weekly to basis to see how the project was going from my perspective and if we had any concerns. A well organized, executed and quality project with no major surprises that was on schedule and on budget. We now have a beautiful and inviting backyard thanks to MasterAZscapes!

   Jeremiah and his crew did a great job with the hardscaping pavers/turf for our backyard! The whole process took two weeks from start to finish and we love the outcome. They were conscious of our budget and seemed honest with pricing. If we had any questions or concerns with something during the renovation they got back to us quickly to help us fix the problem. Payments were sometimes rushed/unclear but it was resolved quickly. Very happy we chose Master AZ scapes.

   I worked with Jeremiah at MasterAZscapes on a water feature for my backyard. He was very helpful in designing the water feature and has been great in following up with me to ensure the work was done to my satisfaction. Even a year after it was installed, he was available to answer questions I had about the pump and the filter. I highly recommend MasterAZscapes, and Jeremiah specifically.

   We do not recommend this company. Their communication is awful. Our sales person was Troy who really talked a big game about this company. Who never called us back to help us with any issues. Not to mention Luke who was the project manager just showed he just didn’t care. We had 2000 sq ft of real grass put in our back yard that we are going to have to invest more $ into because of their negligence. The ground was not leveled appropriately. The guys that did the work sat around a little too much for what should have been only a 4 day job being disrespectful playing music as loud as they could in our back yard even after the fact my husband told them to turn it down because he is remote. The uneven ground was replaced with dirt and huge rocks that my husband and I spent at least a couple of hours pulling out of the grass that was attempted to be leveled. We didn’t realize this fact until the next day. If we were to be completely unaware of this and went to mow our yard, we could have easily had a window shattered by a flying rock. This is why we do not recommend this company. Even though these guys completed the job which was a pretty big job, the job was very sloppy. We recommend using some one else other than this company.

   So great I hired them a second time. From design all the way through the project, the communication is great, the crew is top notch (and like dogs!) and the office staff always lets you know what’s next (including a daily call to let you know the schedule for the next day!). Highly recommend!
