This company is a complete joke… they have been the lawn maintenance crew for Regency Oaks for years now. They will come several times WEEKLY and weed whack the edgings of the grass when it literally does not need done at all. They kick up a ton of dirt and hardly any grass clippings. They spend at LEAST 2 days a week doing this nonsense even in most of the winter when the grass is not growing. Then they will walk around for hours leaf blowing dirt on the porches and onto cars. If there is trash around the neighborhood they will just run it over with a lawn mower and walk past the rest. Trash that has been in areas for WEEKS remains. Is trash cleanup in the grass and bushes not part of “caring” for nature?? Also they will shamelessly ruin your property and good luck getting things replaced when they do. Hoses, decorative lighting during holidays, etc. Just an all around joke of a company. Don’t even get me started on all of the dead grass…
They are a complete joke. The trucks and the employees are a mess. Some just sitting around the complex not doing anything. Witnessing what looked like a supervisor down talking to the employees and the nasty unprofessional demeanor ( did not have a uniform) and the tone in voice. How are these people in business? they don’t clean up after the job is done and all the junk is laying around . If this is your company i would hope that you would have higher standards and as the owner would speak people in a professional way. There is no costumer service. Rude , nasty and the employees are flowing. Do yourself a favor, and research this company before you hire them.
I don’t like leaving 1 star reviews but honestly they deserve it.
If you call yourself “natures care” you should do just that and care about nature. To me that’s lying about your company. If you cared about nature you would do yard work once every two weeks or so NOT EVERYDAY… yes they come every day to my neighborhood to literally go over what they did previously which makes zero sense. I have videos of them cutting grass that was already cut by them the day before then blowing their loud leaf blower all over the place making OBNOXIOUS NOISE THAT DISTURB NATURE. I’ve seen them just blow the leaf blower just to make it look like they’re doing something.
Sure they do their job but at what point do you need to come here every day to do the same work you did previously… let me guess because there’s a contract with the HOA and the only way you will be affiliated with them is if you have multiple jobs so you make more money. I get people need work to make money but when you come into my neighborhood and make all of this loud noice at 8 IN THE MORNING EVERY DAY just to make money then I no longer want you doing your work here.
People want to sleep past 8 sometimes or some people work from home and you guys being here every day making a ruckus of noice is just so disrespectful and unprofessional.
Not only are they unprofessional but they don’t have any of the workers speaking ENGLISH!! WE LIVE IN THE UNITED STATES and the language is English not Spanish. Trust me I love the Spanish language and culture but if I can’t get my point across to any of the workers because they can’t even have a general conversation with me then to me that’s a lack of respect from the company. When I went to Medellin Colombia you had to know Spanish to get a job anywhere there but apparently the same rules don’t apply here.
I wish you guys the best with your company and really hope and pray you guys change the way you run things.
The company seems very professional at first. Nice trucks, uniforms, etc. However they scalp hedges, let weeds grow like crazy, do not maintain landscaping they are hired to complete, and crush gutters while trying to trim hedges. They miss huge patches of grass when they mow, trying to get done with each yard faster. Which obviously makes quality suffer. The gentleman who introduced himself as the owner/manager of the project is rude and was very condescending. He came by after work was completed when I wasn’t home. My ring doorbell recorded him ringing the doorbell and saying to his associate, “I have a message for the boy.” Really, that’s how you discuss your customers. I would stay away from them, they love to cut corners, it’s too bad that’s all they cut well.
Jamie and his crews are absolutely fantastic. Very professional and responsive to any issues we may have as a community. I have lived in this community for 16 years and in my opinion our fronts lawns have never looked this good. As a board member I feel lucky to have them service our community.
