   Anthony was hired through a Home Depot referral to repair our kitchen cabinets. Unfortunately, the work was poorly done and far below professional standards. This is the condition in which he left our kitchen cabinets, and he has since stopped responding to our calls and messages. Payment was already made in full.

   Based on this experience, I genuinely do not understand how he maintains a 5-star rating. The quality of work and lack of accountability we experienced do not align with those reviews. This has been extremely disappointing, and I would caution others to proceed carefully.

   Here’s an update to my review based on Anthony’s response.

   Calling us “cheap landlords” is inaccurate and unprofessional. You set the price for the job, and we paid the full amount you requested without negotiation. Cost was never an issue.

   The issue is the quality of the work performed and the lack of accountability afterward. The after photos already uploaded show the condition in which the cabinet was left and speak for themselves.

   I am also uploading before photos to provide full context, since you are disputing the accuracy of this review. Together, the images clearly document that the cabinet was not properly repaired.

   This review is factual, supported by photos, and based entirely on our real experience.

   I’m very impressed with the service I received. Anthony was friendly, well-prepared, and very organized. Most importantly, he was persistent about making sure the shower door was installed correctly and didn’t rush the job. His attention to detail and commitment to quality really stood out. Highly recommend!

   I can’t say enough good things about My Repair persons……Anthony and Junior! They are meticulous, extremely knowledgeable and very professional in their work ethics! I am sooo very happy with the outcome of my project! I will DEFINITELY call on them again for my future projects!

   Pillar management group was excellent to deliver with ! Anthony and his crew were very professional. I found them by chance and was not sure but I Highly recommend. Them. They’re very professional and Verycongenial people to deal with. I will use them again for any of my projects. The Owner Anthony was also very pleasant to deal with on the telephone. They were very reliable and punctual.

   Derek Brown

   An unexpected plumbing emergency turned into the best service I have ever received, bar none. I called on a Sunday night and was met with quality service within 1-hour. Anthony and Junior were courteous, professional, and more importantly thorough. Even though they worked through the [Sunday] night to fix the problem, they still came by the next day to ensure there weren’t any issues. I was extremely grateful to find out they offer other services including electrical, HVAC, and carpentry. Pillar has earned a customer for life on all future service needs.
