The name says it all. These guys are true professionals! They made the entire process enjoyable and easy going. We are so happy with everything they did. Once they got to our house they laid out all the plants and allowed us to work together on where they would be. They have great ideas and beautiful quality plants. 100% recommend them.
I did two separate projects with plant professionals, they did such an excellent job both my back and front yard are completely revamped and beautiful. They were very responsive and gave great attention to detail. They made it very affordable for me to do the work! Great company! Tyler and Robbie are great!
We scheduled a property visit to discuss landscaping design, during which two representatives came, including Tyler Rutter. They reviewed the site, asked for property plans and our plant preferences, and followed up with an email confirming that a full design and proposal, including a PDF of materials, would be sent “later this week.”
Despite this clear commitment, we never received the promised design or any further communication. There were no updates, no follow-up, and no responses after that initial message.
This lack of professionalism and reliability was very disappointing, especially since we were prepared to move forward and had counted on working with this company.
Plant Professionals was recommended to us by Big Ron’s Tree Service for a Tree/Canopy mitigation replacement. From the first contact to the installation, and amidst COVID restraints, we were completely happy and satisfied with the performance. They installed a beautiful tree (Exothea paniculata) and the crew was polite and prompt. Will use them again in the future !
I’ve worked with three different landscapers over the years in Miami and Plant Professionals is the very best. I worked with Tyler Rutter and am very happy with the attentiveness, knowledge and ability to get on board with personal style. Texts are answered promptly and any issues are addressed right away. Tyler took my vision and made it better. Just the overall thoughtfulness in the whole project is a refreshing change from past experience. They took care of irrigation and electric as well.
We were gone for the summer and came back to a perfect backyard. The last project we did with another company looked decent when they were finished and you could imagine the space filling in, but it never got there. It all sort of fell apart and we were pretty disappointed. Tyler made the space look great right away and now months later it looks even better. And the pricing is competitive too. Can’t recommend them enough.
