This landscape company does my property I live in a community and every time they come in here they put grass all over the cars and dirt and never blow them off. I am super pissed off. I have a brand new car and they left all kinds of scratches because they don’t know how to stay away from vehicles. Tell your guys to be more careful. If not, I will say something. I am not a happy customer I would not recommend this landscaping company to anyone. The property that the landscape company blew dirt all over my car plus all the other cars because this is not the first time it’s happened is Regent Park
Yes, and if you see my Google ratings, there’s a reason why they have ratings. I put good ratings and bad ratings but when a business does something over and over, they will get a one star rating and it will be noticed so that other people are aware of how companies work. Another thing it doesn’t matter about my other ratings. This rating is about Romaga landscaping that’s it it’s not the other nine companies that I had bad reviews on. So instead of focusing on the other nine out of 10 reviews focus on the one that I sent the company. I am a homeowner on the property and I’m hoping that someone could talk to your company or your crew that does Regent Park and have them do a better job. I know your company would not want to pay for cars that are damaged and scratched. Thank you and have a wonderful day
Is there a reason this company decides to block off and inconvenience every single driver that is driving on Semoran and Auvers? 20 LARGE trucks fueling all at one gas station and blocking up 1 entire road for 20 to 30 minutes at a time. Which Einstein came up with this plan ? The amount of almost accidents I have seen you guys cause is ridiculous & your drivers literally almost ran into my car bc you want them to whip 9 ton trucks around small corners/bends. I have never seen any other landscaping company do this inconsiderate type of morning bustle. There are countless gas stations along Semoran ? A more lucrative and considerate idea would be to route each truck to specific gas stations within a 2 miles radius as to not cause major traffic , delays and accidents in one minuscule area. The day someone crashes into me I’m using the bloody HELL out of this company.
Every morning all of the company trucks congregate at the Wawa on 436 they constantly block traffic, do u-turns in front of traffic on auvers blvd. When you try to pull into Wawa the workers act like that control the area they will walk behind you car as you back up or block you while you are trying to get out. I’m sure the company will have some sort of comeback on the review as I have seen on past reviews they can’t take any accountability. I would never use them based on how there employees behave.
EDIT- I have to edit this review because Google does not allow you to respond. You guys quite literally continued to mow our property. You were not under contract for after change of ownership. Which I have informed your Office about numerous times.
So you did intern, try to manage a property for free.
I have called now 36 times in the last six weeks trying to get a hold of somebody. And filled out the form on the website 6 times as well. And i have proof of everything. So no, you do not answer the phone during normal business hours. And no, you are not willing to help rectify issues. Everything in your response to my initial review is a complete and total lie. This is a terrible practice of business. And now I understand why almost every review you have is terrible. To those of you that are considering continuing your contract with them or are considering opening a new contract. Please please please DO NOT.
You guys are deliberately not answering the phone. You know exactly what you’re supposed to be helping with & you’re refusing to do so.
Romaga continued to mow one of our properties that they were no longer under contract for. Following this one of the guys on a zero turn ran through a fence and destroyed it. I have tried to reach out to them probably 20+ times over the last month. Nobody ever picks up the phone. When they do They always tell me somebody’s going to reach out to me and nobody ever does. Buyer beware. They are not the company for you. This review will stay how it currently sits until the issue is rectified.
I’ll let the pictures speak for me and they said its nothing and have not reached out to me at all. Unprofessional and unpolite to the max!
UPDATE: After a lengthy process of boucing around between the office and the insurrance, they finally paid for a paint correction and made it right by me, just unnecessary to go thrugh this if employees were to be better selected on the hiring department. Owner is actually polite and have some staff thats actually ready to help, office manager needs training for sure! The receptionist is a sweetheart but can only do so much with such management.
