We had the absolute pleasure of working with Santiago Landscaping, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Elsa was an absolute bliss to work with—she’s professional, dedicated, and truly passionate about her work. Her vision for landscaping is nothing short of amazing, and she took our ideas and turned them into something 100 times better than we could have imagined.
What stood out to us was how Elsa treated us with respect throughout the process. No job is too small for her, which we truly appreciated after dealing with another company that made us feel inferior because our project didn’t meet their minimum threshold. Elsa’s approach was the complete opposite—she and her team, Uli and Jorge, were incredibly dedicated, hardworking, and respectful of both us and our property.

I can’t recommend Santiago Landscaping strongly enough. They hand trimmed our rose bushes in the fall last year and when summer rolled around the roses looked 10 times better than any other year. They are really professionals who know what they’re doing. We’ve used several landscapers over the years, and Santiago is the best we’ve found, hands down. Hard work done well. Immaculate clean-up after the job was done. Very satisfied.

We just used Santiago for phase 1 of our backyard project. The crew worked efficiently and did a wonderful job. This is a family owned business and you really feel the love and support that they all have towards each other. I think that’s why they work so well together! This is a very well oiled machine. Hermilo came out and assessed our project and helped our vision come to life. Elsa remained in contact with us and answered all of our questions promptly. And Chuy and the crew were very pleasant and amazing workers. I’m looking forward to working with them again to finish the remaining parts of our yard.
We used Santiago Landscape & Maintenance to design and install our front yard landscaping, lighting and steps. From beginning to end they were absolutely awesome! They communicated well and in a timely manner, had a great work ethic and the expertise we needed. We highly recommend them to anyone in the Reno/Sparks area who wants water features, landscaping, artificial turf, outdoor kitchens, and/or outdoor lighting handled in a very progressional and customer centered way — I wouldn’t use any other company!
