   We hired Steve Schott through a referral to bring our landscape plan to life. We approached him with a detailed layout, and he came back with a reasonably priced bid to make it happen.

   Once the project began, Steve was on-site most mornings, ensuring the work was done right and that his crew delivered top-notch results. His attention to detail was excellent, and he handled everything from planting and irrigation to lighting and underground wiring.

   One standout aspect was how Steve actively helped us manage costs. He was transparent about pricing, suggested ways to cut expenses—like using our free city dump runs and adjusting the bill accordingly—and offered flexible options to stay within budget. He was also incredibly knowledgeable and shared practical advice, like how to care for plants and set up watering schedules. He anticipated potential issues, such as how to stabilize a fence and how to fix aging drainage systems, and kept us informed every step of the way.

   Steve was flexible when we made last-minute changes and was happy to adjust the plan. Some tasks weren’t in his team’s scope, but he provided high-quality referrals for those and even helped us communicate and negotiate with them.

   Overall, Steve and his experienced team were personable and easy to work with. He’s my go-to landscape expert from here on out.

   Steve and his team built a masterpiece at my house in Leucadia. Steve was extremely versatile due to constructing perfectly matching flagstone porches and walkways. He also constructed both a stone wall and wooden fence that blend seamlessly with the existing materials of the house. The project also demanded a lot creativity and problem solving which was explained in perfect detail. I wanted an ancient lost jungle theme and he hit it out of the park. I couldn’t be happier with my private sanctuary. Steve and his team are true experts in their industry. His passion and attention to detail are extremely rare to find in todays world. I highly recommend his services!!

   I’ve worked with Steve and his crew many times over the years. I am a house painter and handyman. I have always been impressed how beautiful his projects come out having seen the entire process up close. Not only does he do awesome work. He’s also a really nice guy as well! I would highly recommend Steve and his crew.

   We’re repeat customers for Steve. He’s done all the landscaping and hardscaping for each home we’ve owned. We met in 2008, and Steve helped fix a mountain of problems caused by another local landscaping company who had not fully confirmed our design desires for a concrete pour. Steve did great work to fix the issues, and it has been a great outdoor entertaining and living area ever since.

   On our current property, he’s also worked magic. A size-constrained deck design, an outdoor kitchen with multiple fire implements (fireplace, wood-fired brick oven, and gas grill) and a sink, all of which borders a massive patio of brick pavers.

   Steve remains our go-to guy for all landscaping and hardscaping issues!
