I believe the photo speaks for itself. Our mistake was to let Carlos do the job while we were in California for cancer treatment so we were not able to monitor the job. Afterwards, we observed this small area with obvious shadows and unevenness near the front of our house that was obviously done joining small pieces so you can see EXACTLY where the connections were made.
After complaining multiple times, Carlos came by with a worker to power broom the area as if that would take care of the problem. The problem obviously was not resolved. Then he accused me of purposely looking for trouble. Now I have the photo here to prove my point. Do you think he should come back and replace these small pieces with a large piece to take care of the problem as well?
My suggestion to you, if you really still want to use this company, is to be there and watch the job like a hawk. Otherwise, you may end up spending thousands of dollars but still holding the short end of the stick just like me!
