These guys are great! They do quality work, communicate well, very responsive to emergency issues, provide great reports, and are reasonably priced, especially for the quality and level of service they provide. As a Property Manager, my job would be 100x harder without the crews at US Lawns. They are always quick to help when a leak has sprung in my irrigation, which is every other day from squirrel damage. They communicate great and it’s always easy to email the office or text my account manager. I’m especially appreciative that they are always willing to help me map out my next big project and find a way to make things happen. 10/10!
I find Ali and U.S. Lawns to be professional and responsive. When I request proposals or have questions I receive feedback right away.
This company called me at my job, asking if they could have a meeting for a bid to do the landscaping for my job. We set up a time and a date. I got 3 emails asking me to co firm the time and date, which I did.
10 minutes before the meeting, they sent an email canceling the meeting and saying they would not do business with us.
Actually glad they did, because if this is how they treat a potential customer I can only imagine what a nightmare they are to deal with.
