   My wife and I had been searching for just the right chandelier for our dining room for some time, with no luck. Then, we went to Visual Comfort, and we were helped by Jon. He worked with us to find a chandelier that we thought would look good in our space. But we are a bit picky–we asked for photos of what the piece would look like in our place. And, more photos, and more photos. Jon was always very responsive and emailed us what we asked for. Eventually, we made the decision to buy the chandelier, and we could not be happier! Great job!

   From the moment I stepped into this high styled chic showroom I just loved The eclectic variety and stunning & simply beautiful pieces they carry. I could hardly believe that there was such a fantastic variety to see and to choose from. Most importantly I found my dream chandelier –
   The Talia!
   The whole experience was topped by having the engaging the attentive expertise of Jon Safer. His keen eye and attention to every detail was so sincere and welcoming in every way.
   It was indeed my tremendous great luck to find this true gem of a gorgeous showroom and to be treated so well by such a wonderful and warm design expert. His help in answering all questions concerning installation were equally helpful and very caring.
   I could not recommend Visual Comfort more and indeed their great luck in having Jon represent their designs!

   Do not use this website. My shopping experience was a nightmare. I bought 2 table lamps in November. I was not sure about their size for the room, but decided go give it a try after reviewing their return policy. The lamps were promptly shipped and i received them within a week. They did not work for the room and I decided to return them. Getting a return was a nightmare. I had to call multiple times to get a return authorization. Once I got it, I had to wait for over a week to receive an email with FedEX labels. I shipped them back and they were delivered on Dec 18th. It is January 6th today, and no communication about the return or refund has been issued.

   I love Visual Comfort, I use their fixtures for most of my Interior Design projects and they always add a sparkle of joy and elegance to every room! They offer great customer service and very easy to work with. Their San Francisco showroom is gorgeous and they offer options for all styles and budgets. I highly recommend Visual Comfort!

   Loved the customer service that I received at Visual Comfort in San Francisco. Wow… what a beautiful store to shop and take in all the awesome fixtures. Jon was an absolute dream to work with and I can’t wait to go back and pick out more light fixtures! Thanks for a happy buying experience:)
