   We had a great experience with Western Outdoor company and feel very lucky to have worked with them. Their estimate process was detailed and professional, which made us feel confident from the start. The project manager Mr. Cruz was extremely responsive, attentive to our needs, and quick to answer questions and resolve issues.

   The crew worked hard, maintained a professional attitude, and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. Our project was complex because part of the pavers were installed over ten years ago, and matching the new and old areas was challenging. They put in extra effort, even replacing some pavers, to ensure everything blended well and looked seamless.

   Their pricing was very reasonable and competitive for the quality of work provided. Overall, we are very satisfied with the estimate, the construction process, and the final result. Highly recommend.

   Western Pavers and the owner Joe have been amazing! I’m loving my new backyard. I got a few bids for our project and what sold me was how organized and professional this company was from our first meeting all the way through the project. Every person who has been part of the planning to the gentlemen here doing the work has been easy to work with and done quality work. You get a huge team to work with and each person you work with is incredibly knowledgeable and enjoy their job. You definitely get your moneys worth and a shout out to the project manager Jesus and the guys doing all the manual labor. They truly are amazing and I would recommend this company 10 times over. They walk you through every step from start to finish to give you what you are looking for and more.

   The entire staff at Western Outdoors were consummate professionals. Specifically Victor (Superintendent) Danny(Foreman) and their crew were absolute experts in their fields of craft. From the initial design phase to the job start walk through we had total confidence in their capabilities. They showed up on time or early and were able to complete the job before the anticipated date of completion. Danny and his staff were tirelessly at work from the demo phase throughout the entire build process to the final completion walk through. We would absolutely recommend this business to all of our friends and family looking to do Landscape/Hardscape work. Thank you Western Outdoors, we love it!

   We were very pleased with the work from Western Outdoor & Build. We started our outdoor project with 3 bids and thought that the bid provided by Joseph G. our designer was fair in price and looked amazing in the mock-ups provided by his team. The process was described very well by Joseph and the timeline was quite accurate in terms of the demolition and build. Joseph’s vision was great and the final product turned out even better than the mock ups.

   Our project manager was Victor C. He was extremely knowledgable and patient. I would contact him frequently as I wasn’t on site everyday and he was always very kind and prompt with his responses. His team lead by Jesus, Carlos, Angel, William, and Juan were terrific. They are extremely hard workers and deserve praise as well for how hard they work.

   I will also specify that Western did the hardscape and softscape for us as well as adding some additional plants around the house and topping off some mulch as well.

   I initially had a countertop, BBQ island, media wall etc that they were going to do as well but switched gears during the renovation and hired different subcontractors to help with the electrical work, Naturkast cabinetry, Dekton countertops, and pergola assembly. I have to thank Joseph and his team as they were accommodating and credited me back some funds for these various things. I know they would have done a good job too but I was using products that they were not accustomed to using. I really appreciate how they didn’t push back and agreed with the modifications because they also felt like the project would look great with these changes.

   Once again, can’t thank them enough. Joseph G. and Victor C were my main contacts but all of the rest of the team is fantastic as well.

   We had Western Outdoor help us redesign and implement a new hardscape with plants and firepit along the entire west side of our house. It was done as part of a larger house expansion project. Ed, Victor, and team were great throughout the entire process, always making time to talk through our design interests, make adjustments as needed, and deal with any issues during installation. Turned out beautiful and has transformed our property. Great job guys!
