Absolutely amazing customer service, very honest and respectful I’m very blessed to have found such an amazing place on such short notice. The woman in the office was so amazing and personable just an all around great first time experience. I am glad to have such an safe space for our things while we move.
I was with Enchanted Land Storage for years but they sold to a new company, 2nd Street Storage and within 1 month my unit went up $25 needless to say I am no longer with them. Office staff is nice but that is all I can say good about them now
If you have an emergency on the weekends like your storage door not closing. Don’t expect help because there’s no emergency number. You can just sit there with your storage door wide open for the entire weekend until they get back to their office on Monday.
I have been with this storage shed for 20 some year. But with new ownership. My rent went up an additional 45.00 plus insurance. The increase was considerable and found other mesns
Great receptionist. Explained everything perfect. Easy access.
