After going through multiple design-and-build contractors, I finally landed on ADU Builders for our accessory unit. The crew led by ADU Builders understood our concerns from the start.
This was a serious 950 sq. ft. unit with two beds, one bath, and a study area. I wanted a design that would deliver what I want, with quality finishes and smooth functionality. They listened.
Once they had the permits, the builders started on the groundworks and foundations, then moved to framing and the installation of all the features and finishes I asked for. They made sure everything was inspected on time and kept me updated. It’s now a functional living space, already being used by the extended family. Glad I found them.
We added a large ADU in the backyard for rent. Mark was great to work with. The project included a full kitchen, bathroom, and one bedroom. The slab went in first, then framing followed. The crew ensured everything fit well on the lot without feeling crowded. We were impressed by how smooth the plumbing and electrical installations went. The space is modern and simple, which is what we wanted. It’s already listed and getting attention.
Our idea was to create a home office and guest space separate from the main home. Sam and his team at ADU Builders built an ADU that gave us exactly that. It’s just over 850 sq. ft., with a small den, bath, and open work area. The construction started with concrete work, structural details, and utility connections. They asked for clarification on time, especially about window placement and layout. The unit has its entrance, and it’s been useful for work and family stays. Quality work, and the result is impressive.
We needed a two story ADU with a garage below, and they took care of everything. They handled the design, permits, and all construction work. The structure is strong and beautiful, and they ensured the layout met our needs. The process was well organized, and their crew kept things moving. Ultimately, everything turned out great, and we’re happy with the new space.
ADU for growing family, design and space were our top priorities. We worked with ADU Builders, and they brought in good designers to collaborate closely with us. The final design had vaulted ceilings, clerestory windows, and a clean hardwood floor. The result is a modern, airy, self-contained unit that blends beautifully with our home.
