We ordered two horse shelters for our boarding business. Initially we were happy with the sheds and installation. Everyone we talked to was nice and helpful. However our sheds have been in use for only one year and the trim corners have been rubbed on by the horses, and broken the metal. This has resulted in two horses being cut. I do not think these should be advertised as animal shelters in any way if they cannot withstand any rubbing, and pose a hazard to horses.
I ordered an outbuilding from this company, but when I needed to change the structure due to permitting issues, the owner decided to keep my entire $5,200 down payment and wouldn’t apply it towards the new structure.
I talked to Eagle Carports, and they said that while vendors are technically allowed to do this, 99% of vendors would allow people to change the structure, especially since it hasn’t even been built yet.
I’d go with ANY of their other vendors, personally.
Took awhile for dilvery but the office lady very helpful and nice down to earth
The owner of this company is unethical, cowardly (sends his secretary to tell people he’s stolen their money) and incredibly shady. Don’t give him your money!
Very good company to do business with! Ron is extremely helpful and will custom tailor a building to suite your needs! Highly recommended
