We are incredibly grateful for Altmann Builders’ presence in our region. Having worked with them for years, they’ve consistently set the standard high in everything they build. Whether it’s a new construction or a remodel/TI, their passion for delivering a great product shines through in every detail. We’ve collaborated on gorgeous custom homes, traditional builds, smart home projects, tenant improvements, and remodels. The custom lighting challenges are always exciting, adding to the look and feel creating a vibe of each space. Every completed custom home has been worthy of a magazine cover. It’s an absolute honor to know Fred—truly as kind as they come!
Niki has assembled a stellar team, attentive to detail and always on point, with Andres and John driving progress in the field and ensuring projects run smoothly while working respectfully with all the trades.
Working with Altmann Builders is a pleasure. Their field team has great communication and is always available to resolve any points of confusion during the building process. Their office team is competent and makes bidding for jobs a streamlined process. When we are working on a project the office team makes sure we have a clear understanding of our scope of work, keeps the online invoicing system up-to-date and turns around any change orders in a timely manner. All-in-all, Altmann Builders is one of the best builders we work with and they make doing our job a breeze.
