   I agree with last reviewer. Our home has been on our property for over a year and it is still not finished. We finally finished the major things ourselves (including plumbing issues with the master shower) in order to move in after the house sat for 6 months on our property. We have been in about 6 months and already the things Antonio’s team worked on are falling apart. They put caulking in the shower and I don’t think it was waterproof because it’s already rusting. The floor tiles that they put in our already coming up. There are major things that are still not finished. See the pictures. This is the house that Antonio sold to us. We didn’t pay for a used home but that’s what it looks like. Once we paid him he stopped working on the house. I would suggest going with another company if you want to save yourself a headache.

   Would recommend to anyone over any other dealer out there even in ABQ. Terrance and Antonio are very professional and easy to work with and helpful throughout the process. They also offer the best pricing in the state of NM . The homes are of high quality and carpentry. Definitely worth stopping in !

   I can’t express how thankful I am to have purchased a home from Antonio and Terrance. My wife and I had been looking at homes in our area and in Albuquerque. During one of our trips to Albuquerque we decided to stay in Santa Fe. While driving we spotted the American Spirit lot and stopped in. Our first encounter with Antonio sealed the deal for us. This guy is amazing! There was never any pressure to chose any model or to make any uneducated purchase. There were some times when we reached out to him that we might have to wait for 24 hours for a response. We never waited any longer than that though. He even answered his phone while he was hunting in another state to answer our questions! Antonio and Terrance made sure all permits were completed correctly. They also made sure all contractors were paid on time. When our home was ready Antonio came to our location which is 3 to 4 hours away from Santa Fe to ensure delivery was up to standard. After delivery their team came to my location to join the halves of my house together and take care of all the finishing touches. The rest is history! We now have a beautiful home. None of this would have taken place without Antonio and Terrance. They are great people that offer a great service.

   Antonio and Terrance genuinely care about their customers. They walked us through the process of a land/home deal which can be pretty tricky at times, but they were always attentive to any concerns we had. They listened to us in regards to the positioning of our home in Pecos. They do get busy at times, but they always follow through. They are good people, and we are thankful for their business.

   Went into purchase a shed cash, salesman did not know how to use computer. Rescheduled for another day, salesman didn’t show on time. Took my business elsewhere. I suggest you do as well. Good luck!
