Cool Pergola is exceptional. Horace was amazing from beginning to end. He was professional and friendly. Horace was on time and completed the project early. Horace created a rendering of my project which I submitted to my HOA without any questions or changes made by my HOA. Cool Pergola beat other quotes I had. Horace and his crew from Cool Pergola, LLC are top notch! Horace provided a competitive estimate with all the features we asked for including drawings that were HOA ready. His installation crew were on time, detail oriented, and cleaned up after themselves throughout the build. Pergola looks great and is well built. Would contract with them again without hesitation. Project went as planned, on schedule and on budget. Highly recommend – 5 out of 5 stars!
The BEST experience we have EVER had with a contractor/company!! Horace & his crew started the job on Time, which seems rare these days!! They were very professional, very knowledgeable & their craftsmanship is EXCELLENT!! We’re Very Pleased!! Horace listened to our situation/ Challenges….. & overcame Everything with EASE!! He even had better suggestions/ solutions that we had not thought of!! AWESOME!! He Finished our project when promised & actually a couple of days early!! BETTER than we had envisioned!!
