   We interviewed a few pool companies in the valley. DSG came highly recommended from two of my coworkers. We had a large job to do that included the pool, landscaping, BBQ island, outside living room, and fire pit. We wanted a company that could do it all, and we found it with DSG. We had a few ideas of what we wanted, and it was clear that the designers/salesmen, Paul (pool) and Kevan (landscaping) had the experience to ensure we did it correctly. We met a few times and got it exactly how we wanted. We made minor changes along the way, and it was never a problem to get something corrected. For instance, the pool hand rail we originally ordered was installed and was not what we expected. It was not a problem. They resolved it the next day after giving us a few different ideas. The entire 4 month process was like this – easy, low stress. The two biggest things that made us choose DSG was 1. Experience 2. The fact that they did it all in-house (most). They were very up front with the list of subcontractors that they used. But most of the work was done in house. Brent (pool) and Mario (landscape) were my two main points of contact for the 4 month process (very large job). They made it easy and listened when I had a question, or a change of ideas. You may also be working with Lupe, and Zee, who helped keep me informed. The project management on this job was impressive. I encourage you to talk to multiple pool builders, but stop in at DSG last.    We had an overall great experience with Desert Springs Pool. From the beginning with Frankie, he was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful with the design of our pool remodeling. Saul, their pool project manager and his team was so great at keeping us informed and updated with the completion of our remodeling. He responded promptly with any questions and issues we had. Our pool remodeling turned out absolutely beautiful! Check out their showroom, it’s amazing. I highly recommend Desert Springs Pool & Spas.

   Thank you to all the crews at desert springs. Everything went very smoothly with our pool renovation from start to finish. Our project manager Saul had our project done in a timely manner. Crews were always on time and all were very friendly. Tile crew went above and beyond to make our design beautiful. I would highly recommend desert Springs for your pool renovation.

   Everything has been incredible!. This is our 3rd pool & landscaping project with Desert Springs Pool & Landscaping. It all starts in the design phase with Paul for the Pool design and Keven with the landscaping and outdoor kitchen design. They bring our thoughts and ideas to reality and are always stunned at the beauty of the design. What really impresses me is how the management team gets together on site and reviews the whole project together to make sure everyone is on the same page and understands how everything will come together. Then there is the construction crews they are fast and efficient and do a great job! I’m one to ask lots of questions of people to make sure everything is going as planned and they always greet me with a smile and respect both the pool and landscaping construction teams. I just can’t say enough about the group as a whole and I highly recommend them for any project you are considering. I felt the pricing for the whole project was fair and on point from what we have received from DSP.
